Regional Vice President, Outside Sales Consultant
Territory: New York City
RetireWell Administrators, Inc. is a premier third-party administration (“TPA”) firm located in Marlton, New Jersey, with a management team that has over 100 years of experience in the retirement plan industry. Our team is dedicated to providing customers with the highest standard of quality in customer service, plan design, and TPA services.
We are searching for someone with 3-5 years of sales experience who can market our TPA and human resource services to retirement plan wholesalers, financial advisors, and CPA’s to obtain referrals of their clients.
We are looking for a Sales Consultant with the following qualities:
- Knowledge of ERISA and retirement plan design
- Previous sales experience and success in the retirement plan industry
- Experience in developing a referral network
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Likability and trainability
- Effective time management and organizational skills
Compensation
Our Sales Consultants are paid a base salary and commission, commensurate with experience. An expense allowance will also be allotted. This is a full-time position with great benefits that include health insurance, a 401(k) plan and vacation.

Senior Retirement Plan Administrator – Marlton, New Jersey or Remote position
RetireWell is a fast paced, emerging third-party administration firm located in Marlton, New Jersey. We provide full-service administration and consulting services for all types of retirement plans.
We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate is detailed oriented and has a positive, energetic attitude. This position may be fulfilled remotely by an experienced candidate.
As a Senior Retirement Plan Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of plan administration for an assigned case load of clients. Candidates should possess strong problem solving, organizational thinking, time management and customer service skills, and place an emphasis on quality work.
This would require you to be responsible for the following:
- Maintain client relationships and provide support to financial advisors and referral sources
- Ensure compliance with DOL and IRS requirements
- Collect and track necessary information for completion of valuation reports, including working with multiple types of investment providers
- Review of census data and determination of employee eligibility
- Perform annual compliance testing including ADP, ACP, 402(g), Annual Additions, Coverage, and Top-Heavy
- Prepare projected and actual employer plan contribution calculations using all types of allocation methods
- Reconcile trust assets to participant accounts
- Vesting determination
- Preparation of Form 5500, related schedules, and other IRS forms
- Assist clients with the calculation, review and processing of participant loan and distribution requests (including annual RMDs)
- Assist clients with locating missing participants and securing ERISA bonding
- Support the retirement plan implementation, conversion, deconversion and termination processes
- Trust accounting

Preferred experience and qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5-7 years defined contribution administration experience with a TPA
- Experience with FT William (Administration, Government Forms, and Plan Documents) and PensionPro are a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- ASPPA credentials (QKA, QPA, CPC) or willingness to obtain
- Knowledge of PensionPro
